  • What items are within the quoted price?

Contingent on the kind of transport, all the prices include Value Added Tax, driver, coach, gasoline and parking.

  • Can I make catering arrangements on board?

Yes you can. Just highlight it in your quote request.

  • How do I book a coach or bus?

To make a reservation for a coach or bus, submit your quotes request. Once you make your choice on your quote, you can then make a non-committal booking. Your travel agent will take you through the entire process.

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancelling your reservation is allowed. However, the cancellation periods are in the quotes and the charges they attract as well.

  • How do I pay for my reservation?

You place your booking via our website. You can pay using bank transfer, debit/credit card, Paypal, Maestro and Mastercard. Once you make your payments, you will receive an invoice including the VAT.
